It was a great satisfaction to hear the news of our inclusion in the first edition of the Gambero Rosso Guide dedicated to the best Italian coffee roasters, a new publication that aims to highlight the excellence of the coffee scene in our country.
We also received the Three Grinders’ Mention of Excellence, the highest award given by the guide, thanks to one of our Colombian Specialty microlots. An achievement that confirms the constant commitment to the search for quality, from the selection of raw materials to the care of the roasting processes.
The guide, which was created with the aim of offering an authoritative overview of the world of Italian coffee, rewards roasters that stand out for their attention to the supply chain, expertise and appreciation of origins.
For us, being part of this first edition is an important attestation of credibility and an encouragement to continue on the path of growth, investing in quality as a core value.
